What is a Regency Apartment?
A Regency House Apartment is a not / - / for / - / profit / 501C3 Corporation formed to provide subsidized semi - independent housing for Mentally Retarded, Developmentally Disabled & Physically Handicapped Persons. Enabling the person to become more independent with the help of case management & home living skills.

Who May Apply?
Anyone over the age of eighteen (18) who has a Mental, Developmental, or Physical Handicap, & has the capability of living in a semi-independent living environment.
